Our purpose
The Conscious Food Systems Alliance (CoFSA), supports people from across food and agriculture systems to cultivate the inner capacities that activate systemic change and regeneration.
Our manifesto
CoFSA’s manifesto is a call to reconnection and collaboration for all food and agriculture stakeholders who are open to the potential of consciousness approaches to support systems transformation.
Our Story
CoFSA emerged from a co-creational process with food, agriculture and consciousness practitioners who agreed that external solutions alone are not enough to bring about systemic change.

Our Rationale for Action
The Rationale for Action Report presents the rationale for the cultivation of inner capacities as a crucial complementary approach to activate food systems transformation.
Connect & Practice
CoFSA brings together an intentional community of peers supporting one another and journeying together toward conscious food systems. Members have the opportunity to connect with peers and discover other like-minded people through our gatherings and monthly coffee chats. Also, they have the opportunity to join collective practices such as deep listening, mindful eating, and meditations.
Collaborate
CoFSA members draw on each other’s experience and expertise to collaborate on specific issues and initiatives through dedicated working groups, and case clinics hosted in the Digital Platform.
Apply
CoFSA members collaborate to develop and implement prototype and pilot interventions, through which they pioneer the application of consciousness approaches and practices in food systems.
Reflect & Learn
Through its network of members, CoFSA offers and is developing trainings in a variety of consciousness approaches and practices, including mindfulness, compassion, nature connection, somatic bodywork, emotional awareness, non-violent communication and self-reflection. Practices are tailored to specific audiences in the context of food systems transformation.
